Funding for Library Renovations Construction of the Main Library Front Entrance Access Project will begin on March 21. For the safety of both the construction workers and pedestrians, fencing will be installed on the sidewalk in front of the Main Library. During the construction, the Main Library will be accessed via the Garden Entrance. The entire construction project should take approximately 6 to 8 weeks. Funding for the renovation projects taking place throughout the library system in 2010 and 2011 was provided by a Community Development Block grant (Community Development Block Grant Recovery "CDBG-R").
