The Friends of The Newark Public Library John Cotton Dana Distinguished Lecture Wednesday, October 18, 2006 6:00 pm – Reception 6:30 pm – Lecture This year, historian and author John T. Cunningham will present the John Cotton Dana Distinguished Lecture, entitled "Charles F. Cummings and John Cotton Dana: Proud to Be Newarkers." The award is bestowed on Newarkers who have distinguished themselves in the state or the nation. For information about purchasing tickets to this event, or for further information, please call Heidi Cramer at 973-733-7837. Tickets are $5 for seniors and students, and $25 for all others.
