Location

The Madison Branch Library is located on 790 Clinton Avenue, a storefront site, between Leslie Street and Fabyan Place; near the intersection of Clinton Avenue and South 17th Street, across from St. Andrews Episcopal Church.

Parking

There are no on-site parking facilities. Street parking is available, with alternate side of the street parking in effect on Mondays and Tuesdays. Click here for a local map.

History

The Madison Branch Library has been serving the community since its opening in 1977. A small facility, it has no community meeting room. This branch observes midday closings between 1-2pm.

Special activities are held throughout the year, including the popular Summer Reading Challenge. Preschool and kindergarten classes can visit and enjoy stories, films, and other fun activities.
