Learn how to conduct proper research by using the resources the library has to offer. The library offers encyclopedias, atlases, and numerous other print materials to help with homework. We also host many excellent electronic databases that can be used to do research. Come and see what materials Newark Public Library offers to make you a better student. On the first night of Chanukah we’ll play the dreidel game that was invented by Jews over 2,000 years ago as an act of subversion, and is played all over the world today. Players can win chocolate coins (gelt)! For more information, please call 973-733-7797.
