On Tuesday, July 22, The Newark Public Library held its summer fundraising event, the "Book Classic" Golf Tournament at the Plainfield Country Club in Edison.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the 2008 Annual Fund campaign: the fund that guarantees access to cultural, educational and informational resources to all who seek them, free of charge. Thanks to everyone who attended!
