Rutgers students again offer free tax return help The Accountants for the Public Interest, Rutgers Chapter, is again bringing its "Volunteer Income Tax Assistance" program to the Main Library. Known as VITA, the program provides Newarkers with free help in preparing their 1998 tax returns. Dates and times were unscheduled as of printing this issue of the newsletter, but in past years, the students were here from February to mid-April on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
