Restaurant Secrets Cookbook on Sale Ten-dollars-off certificates for twenty-nine of New Jersey’s finest restaurants included with cookbook. A cookbook, entitled Restaurant Secrets, is available for sale from the Library. This hard-cover, beautifully illustrated and photographed book offers recipes and cooking secrets from New Jersey’s top chefs. A coupon book ($290 value) accompanies Restaurant Secrets. Patrons may pick up a copy in the Development Department, located on the fourth floor of the Main Library, for $20. Or they may receive a copy my mail for $22.50. Checks should be made out to The Newark Public Library, and mailed to the Library in care of the Development Department, 5 Washington Street, Newark, NJ 07102.
