Vailsburg renovations under way The Vailsburg branch revitalization project is in full swing. While the branch is being renovated, library service will continue at a temporary location a few short blocks away at the Boylan Street Recreation Center, 926 South Orange Avenue. Hours at the temporary site will be the same as in all branches-including Saturdays from 9:30am to 1:30pm.
