Friends install new officers Prior to the annual meeting on December 9, the Friends installed new officers and trustees for the organization. Officers elected to the Board of Trustees were Timothy J. Crist, President; Cynthia Tronco, Vice President; Carol Jenkins-Cooper, Secretary; and Anita Crawford, Treasurer. Officers and Trustees: (front row), Dorothy S. Jones, Cynthia Tronco, E. Crist The new and continuing trustees elected were Jerry Caprio, Anita Crawford, Charles F. Cummings, Rebecca Doggett, E. Alma Flagg, Dorothy S. Jones, Gregory Loder, Daniel McGuire, and Henrietta Parker. Outgoing president Patricia Denholm holds her thank-you gift from the Friends During the Annual Meeting, the officers thanked outgoing president Patricia Denholm for her years of dedication and presented her with a framed photograph of John Cotton Dana. The keynote speaker for the evening was Michael Immerso, who presented remarks about the recent citywide celebration of the Italian experience in Newark.
