"Animal" prints exhibition now showingAn exhibition of some 200 works celebrating a wide variety of creatures sharing planet Earth is currently on view in the galleries and lobby window of the Main Library. It is entitled A Graphic Sanctuary for Animals, Birds and a few Fish. William J. Dane curated this visual project, which will remain on view through August on the third-floor gallery and through June on the second-floor gallery (when it will be replaced for July and August by another exhibition, entitled New, Non-Objective and Abstract Prints). The exhibition was generously funded by the Friends of The Newark Public Library.
