Book Sale a success

"Animal" prints exhibition now showing

An exhibition of some 200 works celebrating a wide variety of creatures sharing planet Earth is currently on view in the galleries and lobby window of the Main Library. It is entitled “A Graphic Sanctuary for Animals, Birds and a few Fish.” William J. Dane curated this visual project, which will remain on view through August on the third-floor gallery and through June on the second-floor gallery (when it will be replaced for July and August by another exhibition, entitled “New, Non-Objective and Abstract Prints”). The exhibition was generously funded by the Friends of The Newark Public Library.
