Treasures of the Library
Dale began her employment in July 1986 as a childrens librarian in the branch library system. In December 1988, she moved to the Business Library. She played an important role in relocating its resources when the facility was consolidated with the Sciences Division at the Main Library. Today she is a Principal Librarian in the Business, Science, and Technology Center on the Main Librarys third floor, where she selects, orders, and classifies special collections, as well as assists in all aspects of reference service to the public, business community, and other libraries. Dale also coordinates the staffing of the Book Information Desk on the first floor. She holds a Bachelors degree in Communications and Africana Studies from Rutgers College, a Masters degree in Library Science from Rutgers University, and her Law degree also from Rutgers University. In December 1994, she was admitted to the New Jersey Bar. |
