Library garners two public relations awards The Library received two first-place awards in the prestigious New Jersey Library Association 1998 Public Relations contest; one in the “newsletter” category, the other in the “service brochure” category. The winning brochure was for The Internet Services/Policies. Tropical Penguin designed the brochure. The winning newsletter (Fall, 1997 issue) was designed by Jenkins Graphics; editor: J. Dennis Papp.
