She juggles it all: a successful career, wife, mother and good friend. Jennifer Lewis-Hall, the noted television and radio journalist, life coach, author, and motivational speaker will share the joys of living well and how to manage change in one’s life during a lecture and book signing Thursday, March 8, 2007 at 6 p.m. in Centennial Hall of The Newark Public Library, 5 Washington Street, Newark. The event is part of the Library’s Women’s History Month programming.

The Emmy-nominated journalist will discuss and sign her new book, Life Changes: Using the Power of Change to Transform Your Life, which explores how to deal with and overcome change, as well as manage the fears associated with it.

Lewis-Hall has appeared on the Today show, WCBS-TV, and on the pages of O, The Oprah Magazine. She has been a correspondent on CNBC Business News, and hosts a talk show on WCTC 1450 AM radio in Central New Jersey each Saturday.

She is also the author of Life’s A Journey—Not A Sprint: Navigating Life’s Challenges and Finding Your Pathway to Success, and is the creator and founder of an inspirationally designed card line sold by American Greetings.

Lewis-Hall has a master’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree from Douglass College. She is a member of the Rutgers African-American Alumni Alliance Hall of Fame and lives in New Jersey with her husband and two sons.
