The Newark Public Library is proud to host Lorraine Lombardy for a talk about gun safety around children.
Gun violence is the leading cause of death for kids in the U.S. More than 1,800 children under 18 are killed with guns every year.
This program is offered in conjunction with the exhibit Souls Shot, honoring the victims of gun violence. Souls Shot is on view at the Main Library until December 31.
