Instructor Joni Wellness, a yoga teacher with decades of experience, presents classical yoga with chair adaptations of traditional postures.
Chair Yoga class provides an opportunity for experiential learning of classical yoga philosophy (e.g., non-violence, tolerance, self-study) through exploration of yoga postures.
