You can get a digital access library card with the form below. You do NOT need a library card to view our digital collections, attend a program or send us a question but you do need a library card to check out books, ebooks and movies and use online resources.

The Library will send you an email with your barcode and PIN, but we will not mail you a physical card.
To receive a physical card, please visit any Newark Public Library location, during our hours with proof of address
