Python MC is an introductory computer science course that uses hip hop music to teach the core concepts of computer programming to middle school and high school students. This fun and interactive workshop will teach the fundamentals of coding in the Python programming language, by using it to create hip-hop music.
This event is open to young people ages 12-18.
Laptops/computers/headphones will be provided, although attendees are welcome to bring/use their own.
Teachers and other educators are encouraged to attend, (subject to availability), as the full Python MC program is available for use in schools and other educational settings.
