Newark Public Library locations will have special hours for several events during the week of September 25 to September 30, 2017.
Main Library will be open on Monday, September 25, from 1:30 – 5:30 pm.
Branch Libraries hours will change on Wednesday, September 27, and Thursday, September 28. Five branches will be locations for you to watch the simulcast of the 2017 Philip Roth Lecture. Check the schedule to find the branch location nearest you to watch Robert Caro’s talk about the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
All branches will be open 9:30 am – 5:30 pm on Wednesday, September 27, 2017. All branches will be open 1:00 – 8:00 pm on Thursday, September 28, 2017.
Main Library will be closed from 3:00 – 5:30 pm on Thursday, September 28, to allow time for setup before the Philip Roth Lecture.
