A new monograph by Life magazine photographer Bud Lee
Please join us for a panel discussion to celebrate the publication of a new monograph (published by ZE Books) of largely unseen photos of the 1967 Newark Rebellion, taken by photographer Bud Lee (1940-2015) while on assignment for Life magazine. Lee’s photo of Joe Bass Jr, a twelve-year-old wounded by police gunfire during the Rebellion, ran on the cover of the magazine.
