The Newark Public Library shall endeavor to comply with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act in its services, collections, facilities and employment practices.<\/p>\n

The Newark Public Library does not discriminate on the basis of disability in the admission or access to, or treatment or employment in, its library programs or services.<\/p>\n

Leslie Colson, 5 Washington Street, Newark, N.J. (973-733-7740) has been designated to coordinate compliance with the non-discrimination requirements contained in section 35.107 of the Department of Justice regulations.
