This free, 8-week support group is for 18+ individuals seeking to gain self-awareness and a better understanding of how trauma has impacted their well-being and\/or that of their family members. Weekly topics of discussion will include, Adverse Childhood Experiences, how trauma impacts brain development, dysregulation, and the Central Nervous System, the 5 R’s of Resilience, and information regarding evidence-based treatment. This group is limited to 10 group members. All will be pre-screened for a good fit.
