  Project Python is an introduction to computer programming and the Python programming language. It is made possible through teaching space generously donated to the New Jersey Computer Science Student Alliance (NJCSSA) by the Newark Public Library. Each week there will be two classroom sessions and two lab sessions. The class will span a total of 10 weeks. You\u2019ll learn how to program and to become an independent learner so you can do great things on your own!<\/p>\n

  Python MC is an introductory computer science course that uses hip hop music to teach the core concepts of computer programming to middle school and high school students. This fun and interactive workshop will teach the fundamentals of coding in the Python programming language, by using it to create hip-hop music.<\/p>\n

  This event is open to young people ages 12-18.<\/p>\n

  Laptops\/computers\/headphones will be provided, although attendees are welcome to bring\/use their own.<\/p>\n
