NESF Job Fair

Newark Emergency Services for Families, Supportive Assistance for Individuals and Families Program, is hosting our 12th Annual Job Fair this year at the Newark Public Library on Thursday, August 22, 2024. We invite you, your families, clients, and networks to attend.

Newark Emergency Services for Families, Inc., (NESF) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that has provided quality services for over 45 years to individuals and families residing in Essex County, New Jersey, who need assistance with emergency food—clothing, shelter, utilities, rent, and other necessities during a crisis.

Newark Emergency Services for Families, Supportive Assistance for Individuals and Families Program (S.A.I.F.), is a co-pilot welfare program that offers a safety net for individuals who are receiving General Assistance (GA) benefits and nearing the end of their five-year lifetime term limit on welfare.
