“In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, the Board of Trustees of The Newark Free Public Library will hold a Special Board Meeting on Thursday, August 4th, 2022 at 11:00 AM via Zoom. This meeting is being held to consider an interim appointment for the position of the library director. The Board will meet in executive session and will reconvene in public session for any action that may be taken
