Join the Newark Public Library as we mark the USA’s 250th anniversary.
Using primary sources from the collections at the State Archives, this talk will explore how the Revolutionary War affected everyone–Patriot, Loyalist, and those who tried to stay politically neutral.
This event marks the opening of two separate exhibits at the library: Oh! Freedom, on view in the James Brown African American Room until May 15, and Revolutionary Lives, in the third-floor gallery until April 24.
