Join us for a dialogue about The Counterlife (1986). The discussion will be led by Matthew Shipe, senior lecturer and the director of advanced writing in the English Department at Washington University in St. Louis. He is the author of Understanding Philip Roth, which was published by the University of South Carolina Press this spring. He is president of the Philip Roth Society and serves on the executive board of the John Updike Society.
