The Philip Roth Experience

Join us for an intimate experience to explore Philip Roth’s Newark and have a sneak peek at the materials & books from Philip Roth’s Personal Library that he bequeathed to the Library.
Schedule of Events:
- 9:30 AM: Meet at NPL, enjoy light refreshments
- 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Experience “Philip Roth’s Newark” through a bus tour co-hosted with Have You Met Newark Tours
- 1:00 PM – 1:45 PM: Lunch, catered by Hobby’s Delicatessen and optional tours of the Newark Public Library’s Main Branch
- 1:45 PM – 3:00 PM: View the space & renderings of the Philip Roth Personal Library and have a firsthand look at the books and materials Philip Roth bequeathed to the Library
