Administration
This group includes many materials used by the administrators of Be Proud. There are various permission slips
and workshop trainers' outlines. These materials were used to prepare individuals with the issue of HIV/AIDS
in order to conduct meetings and workshops when required to do so.
Evaluations
This groups has evaluations and summaries from the workshops that Be Proud, Be Responsible had at Suydam
Street Reformed Church, Edison job corp. and Redshaw School. The group has pre and post tests from the
various workshops.
Meetings
This group is a paper trail of monthly reports from various organizations which includes a sub-series of
agendas. The meetings are throughout the years of 1996 and 1997.
Programs
This group contains registration forms, permission slips, pre and post tests, evaluations and summaries from
programs that were initiated in different schools such as Woodrow Wilson and in different groups such as the
Youth Corp. There are also training materials from the Hyacinth project in connection with Be Proud, Be
Responsible P.O.W! Many of the programs are focused on keeping the community informed about the dangers
that HIV/AIDS poses to them as individuals and the community at large.
Publications
This group has publications that pertain to HIV/AIDS. There are booklets, statistics and prevention work done
on the subject. There are also various manuals to aid in teaching how to prevent yourself from contracting the
disease.
Registration
This group has intake forms from the Be Proud, Be Responsible project P.O.W! The intake forms are from the
different organizations in which used the program such as the Suydam Street Reformed Church and Edison job
corporation.
Workshops
Within this group, there are HIV/AIDS fact sheets as well as more summaries and evaluations pertaining to
specific workshops at Highland Park High School. It also has the introduction to the HIV/AIDS presentation
that is done.
