Professional Resume Writing Workshops

Future Forward Resumes and Newark Public Library present this series of three workshops to help job seekers at any stage of their career or professional life. Designed to help you make the most of your work and life experience, the workshops will help transform your resume into a powerful tool that will help you get interviews. Topics will include:

  • What information to include on your resume
  • How to stand out in your resume – AMPLIFY YOU!
  • How to clearly and concisely present your skills and abilities
  • Styles of resumes
  • Common rules and common mistakes made in a resume
  • How to utilize references to your advantage

Ideally, you will come to all three workshops to maximize the career coaching insights, but feel free to come to any of the three that you are able to attend.

These FREE workshops begin at 6:30 pm and will be held in the LGBTQ Room on the First Floor of Newark Main Library, 5 Washington St.
